#3 Drain Screw

This is a fairly simple step for you to take but requires a bit of caution. If your drain is still blocked after process 1 and 2, you can try to unscrew the U-Tube that is connected at the bottom of the sink.

The U-Tube connects the sink to the drain, this is the area where the water passes through and funnels it through to the drain line. Make sure that your sink is not running, and the tap is fully closed. Grab a bucket and place it directly under the U-Tube, this is where the blockage and excess water will deposit. We don’t want to create a mess now, do we?

If you find that a lot of waste has been deposited into the bucket, there is a chance that there is more clogged up. Take a wire hanger and unwrangle it, then push this down the drain to deposit any residue left.

The final step is to screw back the U-Tube and give the water a run, you will notice that it is passing through as normal.
